Noel Dobbin

Noel works within our GIS Team, he has over 25 years experience in analytics and digital systems engineering.

Noel studied Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast  - beginning his career with Nortel Networks in 1998 and subsequently their logistics partner Kuehne + Nagel (NI) from 2001.  Initially managing telecoms shipping contracts (several in the region of $100m),he created new shipping processes and progressed to specialise in process engineering and software development. 

Noel designed and implemented several large scale system applications and headed the systems team with Kuenhe + Nagel (NI) from 2008 to 2012. 

With has a strong knowledge of WM, MRP and ERP systems, Noel has worked in project teams across the UK & Europe providing logistical support and training.

Noel has also worked with engineering companies and with NHS Informatics - designing ordering applications, inbound logistics, and front-end analysis and reporting solutions.
